We happily accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover via Paypals Secure Shopping Cart and you do not need an account with them to checkout. We also accept debit/bank transfers through Paypal as well as echecks. Please keep in mind that eChecks take 4-10 days to clear and we will be holding your order until this time. Often we will feature special offers and discount codes/coupons to our preferred and new customers! Only one coupon/code can be applied per order. Codes and coupons may expire at any time. We also feature special offers and kits that offer our customers great savings and are found on the menu to the left. We welcome you to sign up to our newsletter to receive special discount coupons and codes as well as other special offers as they come up. You can find the box to sign up at the bottom of our webpage on the left. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time and your email will never be shared!
Shipping and Order Policies
StarSpun ships worldwide! We strive at getting your items shipped out as quickly as possible and you will be notified when they ship. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, your parcel will be shipped out within the next 3 business days, depending on your order. Typically orders will be processed between 1-3 days but may take a bit longer depending on the volume we are experiencing at that time.
Your items may be shipped from locations either in the U.S. or Canada. Shipping transit time will depend on your location. We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.95 regardless of order size to the U.S. and Canada (including Alaska and Hawaii). Other International shipping prices may vary and you may be contacted after checkout depending on the situation.
If you are looking to get your items faster (express), please place your order and inform us in the text box at checkout. If there are any extra charges, we will send you another invoice.
Please keep in mind that once packages are shipped, we have no control over them. Shipments may be subject to delays or held at customs. You are also responsible for your own countries duties and taxes.
Order Cancellation
We cannot promise a halted order once it has been processed. We strive to process and ship our items as quickly as possible, thus we cannot guarantee an order can be caught before it's shipped out. If you choose to be refunded after your order has arrived you must return the package and it must be received by us before you can receive your refund. Your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (of the total order price) and will be minus shipping and handling costs.
Returns
We cannot accept returns on open packages due to FDA regulations on any products featured on this site. We cannot and will not sell a product that has been handled by anyone else but our staff in the most sterile environment. If you are unsatisfied with any product on our site, we will do our best to satisfy and make our customers happy.
Unopened packages /refused orders: items may be returned to StarSpun Cosmetics, 4727 RTE. 17, R.R.4, Montague, PE, Canada C0A1R0. You will receive a refund MINUS shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee (of the total order price).
Lost shipments: items will be reshipped free of all charges. If you choose to not have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund MINUS shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee (of the total order price).
Undeliverable/Wrong Address: if your package is returned to us we will only pay to reship if it's of our fault. If you supplied the wrong address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Claims on damanged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to your satisfaction if this should happen.

Starspun Cosmetics respects the privacy of all individuals visiting any and all of its sites including www.starspuncosmetics.com.
1. Collection of information: Information may be collected from customers visiting any Starspun Cosmetics web site through the use of cookies or other internet related software. This may include referring websites and the selection of personal preferences in order to provide a more personable and customizable browsing experience.
Personal information may be submitted directly to Starspun Cosmetics by creating user, customer or forum accounts on its related sites. Email addresses may be collected to join mailing lists or to procure more information or select promotions.
Personal identifiable information is necessary for completing orders and includes shipping addresses, telephone numbers, and billing information. Please see “Security” below for more information. This information is held exclusively by Starspun Cosmetics and its payment processor. Records of transactions will be held for an indefinite period of time, as is deemed necessary for record keeping.

Information provided upon ordering will not be abused by the company. Telephone numbers will not be used for any marketing purposes. Customers will be solely contacted by phone for issues relating directly to any current order, or at the request of the customer.
Starspun Cosmetics may at intervals send promotional pieces through traditional mail. If the customer wishes not to receive any such materials, please contact the company via email.
Users signing up to the company’s e-mail list agree to the terms and conditions of that action. At the time of sign up, the customer will be notified of the materials that they are there upon agreeing to receive. If the customer no longer wishes to receive promotional and informational emails from the company, please respond to the email that you wish to be removed from the mailing list and it will be done so promptly.
4. Security: Starspun Cosmetics offers a secure environment for completing transactions and conducting business. The shopping cart uses the latest security protocols. The company’s payment processor, Moneybookers provides secure transactions using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128bit encryption, which is certified by Verisign Secured. In entering any and all sites operated by Starspun Cosmetics, the customer must accept the terms and conditions herein outlined. These conditions may be changed or updated at any time by the company without prior notice.
1. Any image or material found on this site is the property of Starspun Cosmetics and cannot be reproduced or used without the consent of Starspun Cosmetics. Starspun and its logos, graphics and text are protected under International copyright laws.
2. Any material posted on Starspun Cosmetics and its corresponding sites may be used at the discretion of the company. Starspun Cosmetics reserves the right to edit or remove any offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, defamatory or questionable comments, posts, ratings or other written content posted to any of its sites.
3. Starspun Cosmetics attempts to provide the most accurate product information possible including images and descriptions depicting makeup and additional products. Starspun Cosmetics is not responsible for perceivable differences in product colors that may be caused by a number of factors including lighting conditions as well as monitor resolutions. Please take note that many of the products, eye shadows in particular, will appear different hues in sunlight versus indoor lighting. Efforts have been made to depict these different shades where possible. All product photographs are original and have been taken by Starspun Cosmetics.
4. Starspun Cosmetics does not guarantee the availability of any of its products. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, Starspun Cosmetics will cancel any order that is unable to be filled and will immediately refund the customer the full amount. We will make every effort to have updated inventories to avoid any such problems.
5. Starspun Cosmetics cannot be responsible for any delays or damages incurred in shipping, particularly on orders that are shipped across the border. The company is not responsible for any repackaging fees incurred through border services. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible and may depend on the number and size of orders placed at that time. Please allow time for standard shipping times and you may contact the company for rush shipping options. We will try to rectify any reasonable problems incurred in shipping and handling.
6. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and personal hygiene, Starspun Cosmetics will not accept any returns or offer any refunds for opened packages of its products. There are no warranties offered on these products. In the event the customer finds a product unsatisfactory or defective, the company will make efforts to come to a favorable resolution. Replacements or substitutions may be offered in place of the corresponding product at the discretion of the company.
7. Starspun Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by any of its products or services. This includes the misuse of any product causing bodily harm. All products and materials have been personally tested and are free of harmful chemicals. Anyone wishing to learn proper uses and techniques of available products may find plentiful resources on the internet, including content offered on Starspun Cosmetics and related sites. Professional makeup artists may also be consulted for outside recommendations and techniques. Any harm coming from such outside information does not pertain to Starspun Cosmetics, nor do any computer viruses, spyware or other maladies incurred throughout the online experience. 8. Starspun Cosmetics is a Canadian based company and operates in compliance with laws and policies outlined by the province of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian federal government. Federal taxes (GST) are collected on orders by Canadian citizens. Residents of PEI are also required to pay Provincial Sales Tax. Taxes will be calculated based on billing and shipping address of the customer and will be outlined and billed at time of order. All company operations fall under compliance of the aforementioned regulators.
